Preparation and dispatch: within 2 business days after payment is received. Estimated DPD transit: a further 1–2 business days. These two stages are counted separately.

DPD delivery within Poland: 20 PLN including tax for products below 400 PLN, or 10 PLN from 400 PLN. The threshold uses the product total after discounts, excluding delivery. Delivery terms.

Consumers and business buyers with consumer rights can generally withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. For goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item, batch or part is received. Send your withdrawal statement before the deadline to sklep@poznajraypath.pl. Then return the goods within 14 days of your statement to Nowe Lokum Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowowiejska 6/35, 00-649 Warsaw, Poland. The customer pays the return shipping cost.

Payments, including the cheapest standard delivery offered, are refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement; the refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.
