For goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item, batch or part is received. Send your withdrawal statement before the deadline to sklep@poznajraypath.pl. Then return the goods within 14 days of your statement to Nowe Lokum Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowowiejska 6/35, 00-649 Warsaw, Poland. The customer pays the return shipping cost.

Payments, including the cheapest standard delivery offered, are refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement; the refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.
